{"id":11073,"date":"2018-11-01T14:36:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-01T12:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libsite.asapbg.com\/?p=11073"},"modified":"2026-04-14T14:42:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T11:42:31","slug":"global-libraries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libvratsa.org\/en\/global-libraries\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Libraries"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE of the Programme:<\/strong><br>To ensure easy and equal access to information, knowledge, communication, and electronic services in public libraries through the use of free Internet and other information and communication technologies, in order to support the integration of Bulgarian citizens into the global information society, improve their quality of life, and accelerate the development of civil society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Regional Library \u201cHristo Botev\u201d is one of the target libraries in the Vratsa region participating in the programme. To date, the Global Libraries Programme has donated 24 computer workstations, a laptop, a server system, a multifunctional device, a colour laser printer, a router, a switch, a multimedia projector, and a screen.
