Due to ongoing renovation works in the building of the “Hristo Botev” Regional Library – Vratsa, during 2026 there may be temporary difficulties or inability to provide access to materials from parts of the library collections.
At present:
• The “General Reading Room” is temporarily closed;
• Periodicals are available in the Teen Zone;
• The storage areas of all departments are temporarily inaccessible, therefore requests for materials from them cannot be fulfilled.
Temporary noise and dust pollution is possible, which may cause inconvenience to visitors.
